SCORE Speakers Now Available for Your Organization

SCORE Asheville Community Involvement: Public Speaking, Motivational Speaking, and Leadership Training.

Does your organization have a connection to the Western North Carolina business community? Would your members like to know more about how SCORE services and volunteer opportunities can enrich their lives? If so, we at SCORE Asheville, Counselors to America’s Small Business, have a speakers program to familiarize your group with our business development services.

These business services include:

  • Free and 100% confidential business consulting, counseling, coaching, and mentoring individuals who are interested in starting a business or are already in business;
  • Business Assessment Teams (BAT) that function as turnaround specialists for businesses that need advice in multiple disciplines;
  • Low-cost business training seminars that cover almost every conceivable topic a business owner needs to know and;
  • Volunteer opportunities for those wishing to share their business knowledge with growing entrepreneurial businesses in Asheville and throughout WNC.

All of these business services (except business seminars) are offered free of charge as a service of the Small Business Administration. We are a volunteer army comprised of over 12,000 current and former business executives who bring many different areas of business development expertise to their clients.
